ARTIST STATMENT:

Space, once a whole interconnected entity;
Not interrupted by lines, borders, or boundaries.

Colossal walls and illusory lines
Emerge one-by-one.
Leaving space defragmented;
Shattered to pieces.

We protect and guard
Our splinter of the web,
In hopes of retaining and preserving
That which is ours.

I long to explore beyond the line;
To see what is on the other side.
